Kiralfy C. Forte, President and founder of Technical Solutions and Maintenance, Inc., is also an author, and recording artist. She is a native of Eufaula, Alabama.

Upon completing high school, Ms. Forte completed a B.S. Degree in English at Tuskegee University with a minor in music where she sang with the Tuskegee Golden Voices concert choir on a four-year scholarship. While at Tuskegee, she won first place in the President's essay contest in which the then disabled Governor George C. Wallace was the keynote speaker. Kiralfy's additional degrees include a M.Ed. in Education from Howard University, a M.A. in Management from National-Louis University, and an Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems from Northern Virginia Community College. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Organizational Leadership.

In June 1992, Kiralfy started a small business as a result of being asked to manage a small training company owned by a friend. From 1992 through 1994, she operated the business out of her small condominium. Kiralfy's responsibility was to coordinate trainers to go onsite and facilitate technical training classes during the time when "MS Windows" was a challenge for most people to use. This was during a time when she had worked several years with Fortune 500 companies (Unisys Corporation, Computer Sciences Corporation, and MCI Telecommunications) where she acquired many of her skills and expertise to launch a business.

Then after enjoying 10 years of business, in July 2002, Kiralfy decided that she wanted to establish an office in her hometown to provide technical jobs for residents who were seeking a career in technology but were not able to find opportunities locally. This was the beginning of the TSM South office that was also classified a HubZone office. In September 2003, Kiralfy purchased another property in Eufaula and that property is now the LaMarr Civic Center named in honor of her mother, Annie Lou LaMarr Forte and uncle, Moses LaMarr best known for his role as the barritone singer in the original "Porgy and Bess" broadway play. At the LaMarr Civic Center individuals can be trained on starting a business, attend workshops and seminars, and participate in a host of other scheduled events. In January 2013 Kiralfy plans to open the Eufaula Printing and Design company to service the local printing needs of the Civic Center and surrounding business, and as a channel for Government printing needs.

While Kiralfy spends most of her time managing multiple offices, she still finds time to accomplish other civic-related endeavors such as forums to change the face of women in business, authoring a series of motivational books, a summer computer camp for kids that ran for six years, a summer intern program for college students, work within her church membership, and her second gospel CD entitled, "This Song" scheduled for release in November 2012.

Among Ms. Forte's greatest joys is her only son Kyle Bishop Forte who loves the Washington Redskins and the Nationals. Kiralfy has worked diligently to help change the lives of many women by motivating, inspiring, and encouraging them to overcome constant challenges in life; as during earlier years, Kiralfy was a victim of a violent domestic marriage. Kiralfy has provided countless speeches, written numerous publications, and continues to motivate and encourage people. It has been through the grace of GOD and his guidance that she has been able to sustain the many challenges that business ownership and single parenting brings.
