TSM has subcontracted with many well-known prime partners. Subcontracting and teaming with prime contractors has proven to provide tremendous growth opportunity for TSM. The experience gained from performing as a subcontractor has assisted TSM in positioning as a prime contractor on larger solicitations. Over the years, several laws have been passed regarding subcontracting to small business. These laws require prime contractors having contracts that exceed the simplified acquisition threshold to provide maximum practicable subcontracting opportunities to small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, and women-owned small businesses.

TSM is a subcontractor to SAIC on the (Biometrics Operations and Support Services Unrestricted), BOSS-U Acquisition which is a part of the DoD's overall plan to comply with Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD) 24 and National Security Presidential Directive (NSPD) 59. These mandates require that U.S. intelligence agencies, the Department of State, the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security to leverage common information technology and data standards, protocols and interfaces to ensure compatibility in the methods used to collect, store and share biometric information. Under the contract, selected companies will develop and deploy interoperable biometric hardware and software and provide a suite of services in six areas: management support services; infrastructure procurement design development and integration; operations and maintenance; advanced technology demonstration; studies and analysis; and test and evaluation.
TSM is a subcontractor to SAIC on the SNIMS (Software, Networks, Information, Modeling and Simulation) contract. The Science to Solution team award has been assigned a $1B ceiling. Software, Networks, Information, Modeling and Simulation Technical Area Tasks (TATs), or SNIM, is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract for Research & Development (R&D) and/or Advisory & Assistance Services related to R&D efforts. It includes the following focus areas of interest: Information Assurance, Software Data & Analysis, Knowledge Management & Information Sharing and Modeling and Simulation. DoD information Analysis Centers (IACs) that operate in the SNIM technical domain areas are DACS, IATAC, and MSIAC.
TSM is a subcontractor to Jacobs Technology on this Distributive Computing Management Services Contract as set forth in a series of Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contracts (SITEC). This contract provides enterprise-wide data center management support services to manage USSOCOM's global enterprise IT server and storage computing environment providing coverage for USSOCOM headquarters, all Component Commands, and subordinate commands, to include all services as specified in this performance work statement. SITEC is a multiple award, IDIQ contract with a broad scope that includes a full range of information technology services.
TSM is a subcontractor to TechMasters, Inc. on the SeaPort-e which is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corp, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) ompete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members.
TSM was a subcontractor to Unisys on EAGLE. DHS uses EAGLE as part of the department's strategy for IT consolidation - to centralize IT procurement. EAGLE is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle with a base period of five years and two, one-year options, for a total of up to seven years. Under the terms of the contract, each of the awarded primes and their respective teams are allowed to compete for task orders.
TSM is a subcontractor to BAE Systems on the Rapid Response - Third Generation (R2-3G) U. S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Rapid Response Program. It is a five year, $16 Billion contract available to Department of Defense (DOD) and other Federal Agencies to provide critical equipment and engineering services to government systems, platform and item managers worldwide.
TSM and L-3 support the US Army Information Management Support Center (IMCEN) Helpdesk with Tier I and Tier II Technicians located at the Pentagon. Support also includes Video Teleconferencing and Network Security support.
TSM is an Alliant subcontractor to CSC. Alliant is a multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) GWAC with a $50B program. Alliant's comprehensive IT services based scope is designed to provide access to "Anything IT Anywhere".
TSM is a subcontractor to Poole and Associates on the NSA Set-Aside for Small Business (NSETS II). NSETS II is a multiple award task and delivery order contract vehicle. Tier 2 is a competitive program and sponsored by the Department of Defense. The NSETS II contract provides support in five functional areas: business, engineering, information technology, operational support, and training services. This contract is a streamlined acquisition vehicle and offers increased flexibility in meeting the end users requirements.
