About the Founder

President Kiralfy Claudine Forte
TSM is a woman-owned government contractor company founded by President/CEO Ms. Kiralfy Claudine Forte. She is an innovative entrepreneur dedicated to providing the best services to her customers.

Education

Ms. Forte graduated from Rebecca Comer High School in 1981. She went on to obtain an undergraduate degree in English and Communications from Tuskegee University. While there, she delivered Dr. King’s “I Have a Dream” speech on stage with Governor George Wallace during his Forgiveness Tour. Ms. Forte obtained a Master’s in Education from Howard University and a Master’s in Management from National Louis University. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Ministry Leadership and Christian Education from Liberty University, with expected completion in 2023.

Professional Experience

Employment has taken Ms. Forte from teaching English and Communications in Fairfax County public schools to management positions with MCI Telecommunications, Unisys Corporation, and Computer Sciences Corporation. A friend asked her to manage some trainers for his small business, and that led to her quitting her job to support the team of trainers.

The Start of TSM

In August 1992, Ms. Forte became self-employed when she founded TSM, a government contracting firm in Alexandria, VA, with the ribbon-cutting done by Ret. Col Oliver North. Eventually, training for Microsoft Windows and other early applications dried up, so the company changed its’ offerings to become a government contractor placing people on-site to work with government employees across the United States.
In April 2003, Ms. Forte opened a principal office in Eufaula, AL, where her human resources office supports employees working on government contracts. She has received numerous federal and military awards for her contracting support and training. Ms. Forte graduated from Goldman Sachs’ small business program in March of 2015, where she obtained knowledge and a certificate to take her business to the next level.
Today, we’re backed by more than 30 years of experience and work hard to ensure all of our customers get exactly what they need.

Other Projects and Accomplishments

Ms. Forte’s additional ventures have included writing a book titled Statements of Deliverance in 2003. She also released a CD titled Building Me for the Road Ahead in 2012 and a second CD in 2014 titled Kiralfy Forte’s Traditional Gospel, which was self-written.

In October 2018, Ms. Forte established Rural and Economic Development Associates (RAEDA), a non-profit Alabama-based organization to seek business grants and foster employment support for individuals residing in rural areas. This program is an investment to help entrepreneurs create jobs and economic opportunities for greater access to education, capital, and business support services.
Ms. Forte was also very instrumental in starting the Tuskegee Alumni Chapter in Eufaula. She is an active member of the Order of the Eastern Stars Chapter #228 in Falls Church, VA, a missionary, and a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Current Project

Ms. Forte’s major ongoing project includes the completion of the LaMarr Civic Center. She aims to foster business and economic activities through the venues that will be offered through the Civic Center once it is open.
